Sign-on methods

The sign-on method sets how sailors sign on to race under an event. You choose it on the event's edit screen, on the Registration tab, in the Sign-on Method field.
| Option | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Online | Sailors sign on through Dockside, before the race. |
| On Site | Sailors are signed on in person at the club, on the day. |
| Both | Sailors can sign on either online or on site. |
The default for a new event is Online. To set it, see Set who can sign on.
